Memory Monitor is utility that monitors physical memory in Windows systems (98/2K/XP). With this little tool you can track usage of memory in your system and easily free it if needed.
Memory Monitor shows usage of physical memory with some additional features. It also have some unique features like memory status logging or customizable tray icon.
